The correspondence in respect of booking to avail Tour / Travel Services should be addressed to M/s. ARYAN KINGDOM ADVENTURE Leh, Ladakh, India.
On confirmation of booking contract is with Aryan Kingdom Adventure and confirmation of customer's availed tour/travel services would be made only after receiving the deposit amount from his/her end.
For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is to be paid by you at the time of booking to M/s Aryan Kingdom Adventure. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance payment is to be made 30days in case of FIT & 45 days in case of Group Travellers prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 30 working days of the date of services would require the full advance at the time of booking.
Note: Apart from above, in case of bookings for treks and motorbikes, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (May- July) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In case of air travel & train journey – a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).
No refund would be made for the booking made for high peak season (from 25th May to 1 Aug,)
Please note that it will not be possible to make any changes to a booking once confirmed unless the original booking is cancelled and a new booking made. Prices applying to all new bookings made following a cancellation will be those prices applicable on the day the new booking is made.
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of their nationality, to check with the appropriate authorities about any visa and immigration requirements.
The condition of our contract with you is that you and all members of your party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover your journey as Aryan Kingdom Adventure cannot be held responsible for any liability, expenses or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured.
Our responsibilities is to provide with the accommodation, transport and guide service however we have no liability of any kind to you or your party for any death or personal injury unless caused by our negligence.
Your personal information wouldn't be traded to outside party excluding trusted third parties servicing you which would be bound to keep your information confidential. The information can be released to only comply with the law regarding safety.
